Why 2 sessions when there are other clinics offering a 1-stop ‘cure’?

Rather than simply using a ‘one size fits all’ method, at Be You At Your Best your treatment will be tailor made to your own specific needs and will cover a huge range of factors, such as:

  • Reasons for any previous unsuccessful attempts at stopping smoking
  • Your motivation for stopping now
  • Identifying and changing any self-limiting beliefs you may have (‘I don’t have the willpower to smoke’, ‘I need to smoke because it relaxes me’ and ‘If I stop smoking I will put on weight’)
  • Consciously identifying any regular routines and rituals  in your smoking habit so that you can actively acknowledge and prepare to change these once the unconscious factors involved in the addiction have been successfully managed.

With an in depth understanding of your own smoking habit it will be possible to positively change all of your old self-limiting beliefs about smoking; like how smoking helps you relax or feel somehow better; and how you enjoy the actual experience of smoking; or how you smoke because you’re addicted to nicotine; or how it’s going to be really hard to quit.  Your therapeutic sessions will then help you to make all of your  self limiting beliefs to easily and comfortably become a thing of the past.

You will also learn how to replace your old habitual smoking behaviours with far more natural and healthy strategies to help you feel mentally calmer, physically more relaxed and altogether more confident, without the need for the use of any other poisons or destructive habits (such as over-eating) to take the place of smoking.

Your treatment will aim to help you avoid the typical withdrawal pangs of irritability, mood swings and cravings – which are often the main reasons why people fail to permanently stop smoking.  Instead you can feel mental calmness, physical relaxation, improved self-confidence, increased energy and vitality and an overall sense of well being.

 

Once you stop smoking you do not have to wait very long for the benefits to start – just in the first 3 days alone you will benefit a great deal:

After 20 minutes – your blood pressure and pulse can return to normal

After 8 hours – nicotene and carbon monoxide poison levels in your blood are halved

After 24 hours – carbon monoxide will be eliminated from your body and your lungs will have started to clear out the tar that has been clogging them

After 48 hours – There will be no nicotene left in your body – your senses of taste and smell begin to improve greatly

After 72 hours – your breathing will become easier and your energy levels will incease

 

The fee for your Smoking cessation programme will be  £365 (carried out over 2-3 visits approximately 10 days apart)​.  You may also be given a CD or downloadable personalised hypnosis session to help you stay strong and relaxed over the first few months of your healthy non-smoking journey following your treatment.  Within the first 12 months following your treatment, in the very unlikely event that you find yourself returning to your old habits, you can return for a complimentary reinforcement session to help you get yourself back on track.
